  The "Industry Standard" of powder coating production equipment chemical industry has been publicly released recently, and Yantai DONGHUI Powder Equipment Co., Ltd. is the drafting unit of the chemical standard.
  DONGHUI has been focusing on technological innovation and management innovation, and has developed a variety of new series of powder coating equipment and obtained a number of patents. So far, DONGHUI has applied for more than 10 patents, most of which have obtained patent certificates.
  Developed in 2007, the DLJ-S series single-screw high-speed extruder with four rows of pins has reached the international leading level in manufacturing technology. It has a better mixing effect. In the domestic milling equipment industry, DONGHUI Company is the only enterprise with this technology.
  In cooperation with United States B&P Process Equipment and Systems Company, DONGHUI has newly developed G series high-speed twin-screw extruder, which optimizes the internal combination of gearboxes, and has better mixing effect, more stable machine performance and higher reliability. The successful development of this new series of products has enriched the configuration options of powder manufacturers for powder coating production lines.
  In 2008, the latest LN series low-noise mill was developed, which meets the technical requirements of PRS11 explosion-proof, and its particle size is stable and adjustable, and has the characteristics of high yield and zero emission, which can meet the high standard requirements of customers at home and abroad. This technology has obtained a certificate issued by the National Patent Office.
  In 2016, the fully enclosed internal circulation production line represented the world's most advanced production line concept at that time. This internal circulation production line has a fully enclosed internal circulation of airflow and zero pollution emission; Ultra-quiet; Efficient cooling, power saving and energy saving; Even in the working environment of 40 degrees in the indoor temperature of the production line, the temperature of the finished powder can be controlled below 27 degrees; Intelligent operation management, memory management of the best parameters of the order; Since the air is recycled, even in an environment with a relative humidity greater than 85%, the moisture content in the finished product can be controlled below 0.5‰. 
  In 2018, the mill series passed the explosion-proof certification of TUV Rheinland; The equipment can be built to fully meet the exacting standards of its requirements.
  In 2019, a screw cleaning machine was developed, which facilitates the needs of customers in the production process for color change, saves working time and improves production efficiency.
  In 2019, we successfully developed a mill with a high-precision two-stage cyclone separation solution. In the first stage of cyclone separation, the secondary air inlet separator device arranged inside the separator is adjusted by the speed of the regulating motor, so as to separate the fine powder below 10μm in the finished powder, and then reduce the ultrafine powder reserve in the finished powder. This line can meet the needs of the more demanding powder coating production.
  In 2020 GD1000A the double-cone post-mixer for replaceable carts was successfully developed, which provides a powerful tool for customers to facilitate their operation.
  In 2020, the world's first WBBD series microwave bonding machine. By efficient three-dimensional heating, the bonding rate has been greatly improved; it is suitable for 1. High Tg type above 115°C, 2. High metal content type, 3. Fluorocarbon PVDF type; Maintain the brittle shape of metallic pigments and pearlescent pigments to ensure the coating effect; Rapid heating up to save energy and reduce consumption. 
  In 2021, the performance of the SLJ-Z series twin-screw extruder has been significantly improved due to the use of gearboxes of internationally renowned brands. This is a proof of DONGHUI's active participation in global industrial chain cooperation: crossing the gap of global supply chain transformation and upgrading, and further moving towards the high end of the global value chain is a strategic choice for high-level opening up to promote high-quality development. 
  In 2022, the automatic mixer of ZHJ-A series was successfully entered the market. The production efficiency is extremely high, and the batch production can be completed within 3 minutes; The dispersion performance is also significantly improved compared with the previous generation, and its color difference value can be controlled within 18.46.
  In 2022, the DLJ-100S single-screw extruder with large diameter and 2T/h capacity was successfully delivered to Nippon Paint Company.
  In 2023, GTY-A compact roller has a more stable structure and is more convenient for maintenance.
