The Artificial RubberConveyor Cooling Band is composed of cooling-sheeting rolls, artificial rubber band conveyor and crusher. The kneaded thermal material output from extruder is squeezed into a sheet with thickness of 1-1.5mm. The nip rolls are cooled by water. The sheet is transported to crush spur and cooled by fans continually. In the end, the spur is to break the sheet into flakes.
